By accessing and using the AP Vending Supplies online store (the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Portal.
2. Business Customer Eligibility
The Portal is intended for business customers only — specifically approved AP Vending hosts and operators. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for business purposes related to vending machine operations.
3. Account Information
Approved account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. You must notify AP Vending of any changes to your business name, contact details, delivery address or operational status.
4. Product Information
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided as a guide. Product images are illustrative and packaging may change without notice. Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their specific vending machines.
5. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. AP Vending reserves the right to limit quantities or substitute products where necessary. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and where possible offer an alternative.
6. Prices and GST
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices, availability and delivery charges may change without notice. The price applied at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
7. Orders
Orders placed through the Portal are subject to acceptance by AP Vending. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
8. Order Acceptance
AP Vending reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders may be refused or cancelled where products are unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or there are issues with account standing or delivery eligibility.
9. Payment

10. Delivery

11. Risk and Ownership

12. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by AP Vending where products are unavailable, pricing is incorrect or payment cannot be processed. Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact the AP Vending team as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be accepted once an order has been dispatched.
13. Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
14. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact the AP Vending team promptly with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
15. Product Expiry and Storage
Customers must store food and beverages according to manufacturer requirements. AP Vending is not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage. Please check expiry dates upon receipt and rotate stock accordingly.
16. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their vending machines, ensuring correct storage conditions, and providing accurate delivery information.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of AP Vending Group or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
18. Website Use
The Portal is provided for the purpose of ordering products for vending machine operations. You agree not to misuse the Portal, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the Portal in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AP Vending's liability for any claim arising from the use of the Portal or the supply of products is limited to the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
20. Privacy
Information collected through the Portal is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to the Terms
AP Vending may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon publication on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
